By using Libar ("the Service"), operated by Yesian, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You may use Libar without an account (free tier, local-only storage). To access subscription features you must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

You retain ownership of all PDF files, annotations, components, and assets you upload. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe starting at €7.99/month (Standard) or €12.99/month (Education). AI credits are purchased separately. You may cancel at any time - your access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
We strive to keep Libar available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
You may delete your account at any time, which permanently removes all your data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yesian is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Croatia.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
